Troubleshooting

In the table below you can find a list of the most common problems with the device with possible solutions.

The device does not turn on autonomously

The dosimeter displays "Device is not calibrated" at startup

Calibration data is missing in the device memory

Calibration coefficients a0 and a2 are zero

Perform a factory reset

Non-volatile memory error

Turn the device off and on again. If the error persists, contact support service

Bluetooth module error

Turn the device off and on again. If the error persists, contact support service

The device displays: "Hardware Error [3XX]"

Acelerometer error

Turn the device off and on again. If the error persists, contact support service

The device displays: "Hardware Error [4XX]"

Optical sensor error

Turn the device off and on again. If the error persists, contact support service

The device displays: "Hardware Error [5XX]"

Thermometer error

Turn the device off and on again. If the error persists, contact support service

The device displays: "Hardware Error [6XX]"

Option state error

Turn the device off and on again. If the error persists, contact support service
