Instructions for Connecting Radiacode
1. Connection via Bluetooth BLE Protocol:
Radiacode operates on the Bluetooth BLE protocol and does not require a password for connection.
2. Steps for Connecting the Device:
- Open the Radiacode application on your device.
- Search for your Radiacode through the app.
- No password will be required during this process.
3. Troubleshooting:
- If your phone prompts you for a password when connecting, please restart both your phone and the Radiacode, then try again.
4. Windows Operating System Applications Supported by Radiacode:
Radiacode supports three applications on Windows:
- Official Radiacode Application for Windows - This application supports wired connections only.
- BecqMoni - This application supports connections via Bluetooth.
- Interspec - A cross-platform application that supports Radiacode spectrum files.
Additional Information:
- Ensure that your device's Bluetooth is turned on when attempting to connect.
- The Radiacode will only appear in the list of available devices when it is powered on and within range.
- For optimal performance, keep your Radiacode device updated with the latest firmware version.
- If connection issues persist after restarting, ensure that no other devices are connected to Radiacode via Bluetooth and try again.
