Signals

Duplicate alarm sounds and device vibration on the phone:When an alarm occurs, the smartphone will beep and vibrate simultaneously with the device.

Phone sound volume: You can adjust the volume of the alarm sounds or speech that your smartphone emits. The actual volume level depends on the smartphone model and settings. The volume level selected here is relative; the overall volume is controlled using the smartphone's volume buttons.

Alarm sounds: By default, alarm sounds are played to indicate alarms. If you select "Voice" for alarm sounds, the application will use a speech synthesizer to vocalize the alarm parameters. The speech synthesis settings can be configured below.

Speech synthesis/Text-to-Speech Engine:By default, the system's built-in speech synthesizer from Google is used for text-to-speech conversion. If other applications providing the Text-to-Speech (TTS) service are installed on the system, they will appear in the list.

Speech Synthesis/Voice: you can choose the voice that will announce the alarm parameters. Each speech synthesizer engine offers its own voices. The voice language matches the language selected for the application (currently, only English is supported). If a voice is marked with an asterisk in the list, the system will require Internet access to use it for voicing the text.

Speech synthesis/Playback speed: you can adjust the speed of phrase pronunciation, either speeding it up or slowing it down.

Speech Synthesis/Voice Pitch:You can select a lower or higher voice tone.

Push notifications for alarms: you can configure the application to issue pop-up notifications when device alarms occur, either always or only when the application window is inactive. Pop-up notifications are issued regardless of whether the device's alarm sounds are turned on or off and can be useful, among other things, for indicating alarms on any kind of smartwatch connected to a smartphone.

Keep sending notifications until the alarm ends: By default, an alarm notification is issued only when the device generates an alarm event. If you enable this option, the app will send a push notification every 10 seconds until the device reports that the alarm has been canceled.

Enable notifications if they were disabled from the notification drawer, after:If this option is enabled, notifications are delayed for the time specified below. This option is ignored if notifications are disabled in the group above. Notifications are automatically re-enabled only if they were disabled by the button in the alarm push notification.

The "Resume notifications" button: Enable notifications if they were disabled from the notification drawer and the timer has not yet activated.

Sound indication of count rate (clicks): Emit clicks at a frequency proportional to the count rate. To generate clicks, the device uses operational information about the count rate. You can choose the volume and type of click sound. The "Mute click sounds on calls" option prompts the application to attempt to track incoming and outgoing smartphone calls, including messenger calls.

Divide the number of pulses by:You can specify the coefficient by which the program will divide the number of pulses detected by the device when generating clicks. This can be useful for better discernment of clicks at high count rates. Quick access to this setting is available via theSearch modedropdown menu, which is accessed by the button with three dots on the Search tab.

Voicing the current parameters: If you enable the option to voice parameters, the values of the count rate and/or dose rate will be announced at the specified interval. In the "Speech Synthesis" settings group, you can configure voice parameters.

Voicing the dose value: Announce the dose value accumulated by the device from the moment of reset at the specified interval. In the "Speech Synthesis" settings group, you can configure voice parameters.

Device battery: You can configure the application to send push notifications if the device's battery charge level falls below a specified value, when the battery is fully charged, or when the device powers off due to complete battery discharge. A notification about a decrease in the charge level is issued once and will not repeat until the application is restarted or until the device's battery charge drops again from a higher value to the specified threshold.

Connect/Disconnect sounds: Provide a signal when the connection between the control panel and the application is established or lost. You can adjust the volume of these signals. If the connection with the device is lost, the application attempts to reconnect approximately every 30 seconds.

Push notification when communication with the device is lost:Provide a pop-up notification when communication with the device is lost. When the connection is re-established, the notification disappears.
