Smartphone
Besides standalone operation, the device connects to a computer via USB cable or to a smartphone (Android, iOS) via Bluetooth; to an Android smartphone — also via USB OTG. When connected, the accumulated data is transferred to the external device, and new data is sent there directly, without being stored in the built-in memory.
To pair with a smartphone, install the RadiaCode app on it: for Android — from Google Play or via the link downloads.radiacode.com/EN/RadiaCode.apk; the iOS app is available via the link apps.apple.com/cy/app/radiacode; all downloads are also available at www.radiacode.com/downloads.
Bluetooth connection: turn on Bluetooth on the device ([Settings] → [Bluetooth] → [On], see section “Bluetooth settings”) and select the device in the app.
USB OTG connection (Android only): connect the device using a cable and a USB OTG adapter, then allow the RadiaCode app to access the device.
A detailed description of the interface is built into the app.
With external power connected, a Bluetooth or USB connection can be established with the device regardless of whether it is on or off. This allows the device to be turned on and off remotely.
